Refund and Returns Policy

At Tech Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • Product is damaged

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

⏳ Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Used or physically damaged products

  • Software, accessories, or clearance items

  • Products without original packaging

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed after product inspection

  • Refund may take 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued via original payment method

4. Replacement

If eligible, we may offer:

  • Product replacement

  • Store credit

  • Partial refund

5. Shipping Cost

  • Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer (unless fault is ours)
